[FIRST NAME GOES HERE], We start tomorrow! Here’s my promise.

Hey Reader,

“I think accountability is the difference I need.”

That’s one of the reasons women are joining The Consistency Project.

Women have also told me they want help with:

  • Enjoying holiday treats without the guilt and exhausting debate over every dessert.
  • Staying consistent with their food habits around holidays and birthdays.
  • Using nutrition to support their strength training and changing bodies as they approach perimenopause.

Maybe you want that support, too. And you’re wondering:

“What if this doesn’t work for me?”

Honestly, that’s a fair question.

Especially if you’ve tried diets, challenges, or other programs before and eventually found yourself right back where you started. The thought of paying for another program and feeling like you failed again can make you hesitate.

The Consistency Project is built around your real life from day one. Your work schedule, your family, your energy, your preferences, and those nights when it’s 6:00 and dinner is still frozen.

You stay in the driver’s seat.

We’ll choose daily actions based on what you’re ready, willing, and able to practice. I’ll help you spot what’s getting in the way and adjust the dial when your goal doesn’t fit your actual week.

Sometimes I may challenge you to stretch a little further. Other times, we may scale the goal down until it feels doable.

You’ll also have a weekly coaching call and regular check-ins inside the coaching app. A rough day becomes a chance to check in, learn something, and choose your next action before “I’ll start again Monday” takes over.

By the end of 10 weeks, the goal is measurable progress in your consistency and stronger skills for following through during imperfect weeks.

And I back that with my Consistency Progress Guarantee.

If you complete at least 80% of the daily actions you commit to, participate in the weekly calls, complete your check-ins and assessments, and let me coach you through the hard parts, but your final assessment shows no measurable improvement in your consistency and you honestly don’t feel better equipped to follow through, I’ll continue coaching you at no cost.

You bring the honest effort. I stand behind the coaching.

The Consistency Project begins tomorrow, Friday.

If you’re ready to go for it, enroll in The Consistency Project here.

If you’d like to take a closer look first, read the full program details here.

You can also hit reply with any questions. I’m happy to talk them through with you.

P.S. Sharing is caring! If you know someone who could benefit from this, feel free to forward it on to them. And if you were forwarded this message, you can get on my email list too—just subscribe here. Help spread the wellness love!💛

Hey Reader, Please don’t go into debt to join my nutrition coaching program. I mean that. Coaching can be a really valuable investment in yourself, but it still has to fit within your real-life budget. If enrolling would mean falling behind on bills, carrying a credit card balance you can’t pay off, or taking money away from groceries or another basic need, now probably isn’t the right time. I know what it’s like when the money genuinely isn’t there. Last December, it felt like everything...

Hey Reader, I was so proud of a client during one of the messiest seasons of her life. Her child had developed a serious medical condition. She was caring for them around the clock, barely sleeping, taking care of her other kids, managing all the regular adult responsibilities, and trying to hold everything together. Her normal nutrition and fitness routines pretty much disappeared. You know the kind of season I’m talking about. The one where it would be incredibly easy to say: “I’ll get back...

Hey Reader, Summer can scatter even your best routines. Vacations, birthday parties, barbecues, kids home from school, and schedules that seem to constantly be changing. Then September arrives, and there’s this little window between the chaos of summer and the holidays. The next 10 weeks are a chance to use that window well. You can focus on a few foundational habits, build some momentum, and head into the holiday season with solid footing underneath you. What could feel different by...
